My name is Chris and I have been cooking in Naples/Ft. Myers area for about 12 years now. Two of them were spent on my high school culinary team but the past 10 years have been professionally cooking starting off at dive joints, all manner of casual to high end service restaurants, country club fixed menu a la carte, seasonal, and special events, private catering, working under badass chefs in my area's, "Winter Wine Festival". I love food and no matter how amazing of a chef or cook you are. There is always something to learn from somebody!

Welcome Chris when you say Dive joints do you mean places for divers or do you mean actual dive restaurants? /img/vbsmilies/smilies/biggrin.gif
