Hi All,

Thanks for having me.

I'm Glenn, currently living in South Wales with two ravenous teenagers who seem only too willing to be my culinary laboratory subjects!

I'm a keen 'at home' cook - no connection to the industry except that my Father was a butcher who taught me to love food.

Looking forward to learning some new tricks and sharing the few things I know.

Welcome to ChefTalk glad to have you. I think it would be very excellent to have a butcher in the family I can only imagine you ate very well as a child. Let us know if you have any questions about ChefTalk.
