Hi there, my name is Mike. Baking is my pleasure but I also like to grill, BBQ, use my smoker. Mostly everyone likes everything I bake and/or make outside on my cookers (unless they don't want to hurt my feelings). I think it's mostly all good. I joined to be able to gain more insiite to what others do so i can get better at what I do. Here's to a learning experience! Glad to meet y'all.

I've read an older previous thread in regards to Cannoli forms. I have seen and tried to source cannoli tubes made from bamboo. Shells fry up nice as the tubes are hollow unlike using broom handles or wood dowels that are solid. The bamboo tubes are like next to impossible to find. Anyone out there know of a source for these? If so, please provide a link or info. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum, Onebadcookie!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding the bamboo cannoli tubes. It can certainly be a challenge to track down specialty items like this. Have you tried looking on Amazon? I know they carry a lot of items that can be hard to find elsewhere. Good luck in your search and if you find any helpful sources, please let us know so we can spread the word to others!
