Hello, my name is Grace and I am a retired former head chef. I have worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London, including Michelin star restaurants here in the UK.

I am 65 years young and I still have plenty of life left in me. I love to travel and explore new cultures, and I'm always looking for new culinary challenges to take on.

I may be retired now, but that doesn't mean I'm done with cooking! You can often find me experimenting in my kitchen at home, trying out new recipes and techniques. I look forward to being a part of this community and sharing my knowledge also!

I am former line cook/sous chef/ department manager.
Later in life I went back to school and re-educated myself in Quality Assuarance and I am the QA Technician / Assistant QA Manager.
QA fascinated me when I was an operator and I wanted to learn more and my employers saw that and gave me the opportunity to grow
