I happened to stumble onto this site this morning while doing a search on Henkels. This looks like it is going to be fun. I went to the New England Culinary Institute many moons ago (too many to mention). My background is mostly in catering. About 10 years ago I decided that I desperately needed to go to law school - What was that all about? I'd rather be in the kitchen than the court room. I look forward to chatting with you all.
