Help, I have been a caterer for almost 10 years and have done many small parties and some big ones, but mostly serving them buffet or family style.  I have gotten myself into a problem  - I am doing a sit down plated dinner for 200 people in June.  I need help with the time line and how do I get all the food to all the tables at the same time?

Help please!!
