Hi all. New kid on the block.

Have been looking around for a lively cooking forum. This one seems nice. I'm retired, have a slight disability making it difficult to cook sometime. And I love to cook. I try. Right now, interested in carbon steel cooking, cast iron cooking, baking cornbread, trying to cook anything using chicken thighs, and anything else I find interesting on the internet.
