Hi I am currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management program at Northern Michigan University. With the courses I am taking have gained more of an interest in cooking. I am considering attending the CIA when i graduate from NMU. I am also interested in Home Brewing. Well thats about all i have to say for now. Later

Are you going to Marquette? I used to live in Copper Harbor until the blizzard struck us on my birthday in May of 82...miss the scenery but don't miss the cold or snow (or the truckloads of beer that we consumed in the winter months for that matter)

Yeah i am attending NMU and i sould be done next fall if all goes well.
Then i am moving to Oregon.
