We've started using a lot of garlic lately and I'd like to save some prep time if possible. I wont use the pre-minced garlic that is available in jars because it has very little flavor. The restaurant supply sells "fresh" separated, peeled garlic cloves in jars. Since this garlic isn't chopped, does it still have it's full potency and flavor or does it lose flavor like the minced junk?
