Recipe:
  1. One cucumber sliced thinly.
  2. One red onion sliced thin to medium.
  3. A box of cherry/grape tomatos sliced in half
    1. Mixed into 3 parts OO and 1 part White Vinegar along with the usual oregano, marjoram, basil, too, and S&P.
  4. Allow to rest for a couple of days.
