I just join the website today. I'm leaving close to Peekskill, ny. I would like to open my own business in pastry.

I wondering if I could use my own kitchen to made the pastries that I will sell to my future customers?

which license I need?

If you are some info, I need your help. I have a lot of skills and plenty of ideas, but not too many capital to start.
