There is something like Fluff slices. It's called freeze-dried ice cream.
My son brought it home from a trip to the museum. It tastes just like dried Fluff slices, looks like a pink sponge and has the texture of very fine styrofoam.
I think they produce it for consumption on the space shuttle.
