I have an interview scheduled for tomorrow at a bakery/cafe/catering company to be their equivalent of a catering sous chef/assistant catering manager. The owner specifically mentioned that we would sit down and talk tomorrow then schedule a 3 hour shadow shift if things go well.

What should I wear? I've always found it odd when people come dressed up to interview for kitchen jobs but because it's a management position and definitely not a working interview I should wear a suit, right?

If it makes any difference the owner specified that they do things the European way and I don't want to offend him.
