In the spirit of March snow storms and St. Paddy's Day I made some Irish soda bread today and used the recipe from the latest Savuer magazine (march 2001). I replaced 1 cup of AP flour with whole wheat and used golden raisins. Wow!
It is great!
I'd like to know if anyone else has tried this or another really super recipe for this classic.
