I have worked in catering company, resort, and upscale restaurant. I have also staged in many Michelin starred restaurants in America. I have some letters of recommendations from my ex employers. So here are my questions:

- What is the common procedure for finding a back of house job in New Zealand? I know in America is usually send CV - interview - stage - tell you the result. Is it the same?
- Is it hard to find a chef job or baker job in New Zealand? Especially in the places outside of Auckland?
- How much a two-year experience chef usually get paid? And how many hours chefs usually get?
- Which kind of establishment would be easier for me to get a job? Hotel? Fine dining restaurants? Or others?
