My father doesn't really like fudge, he thinks it's just too rich and the texture is too soft, like frosting almost. Is there a way to make it chewier/firmer and less rich? Really what I need is the texture, the sugar content shouldn't be too hard to fix. I've only made one batch of fudge (which turned out perfect for my taste) so I'm not too comfortable messing with the recipe by myself, any professional tips or ideas? The recipe I used was made by Hershey's using cocoa powder. Thanks!
