This post isn't a recipe or specific question but rather in need of some inspiration and stories from others. I had a bad week for some reason in the kitchen. I am very good at what I do and have a huge passion for food. For some reason I have made mistakes on stupid little things that I know better lol. I was just reaching out to other chefs to see if they have any stories to keep my head up and hear their mistakes. I am a sous chef for a good size country club. No culinary education except for my experience in kitchen since I started out as a dish washer when I was 18. Any stories or advise would be greatly appreciated l. Thanks guys.
