Hi all,

A few years ago we purchased a few cucumber starts at a local market that produced wonderful small cucumbers that were better than straight eight and straight nine eaten fresh.. When we returned in subsequent year to buy more, I felt the owner of the store was having a problem with dementia or Alzheimer and seemed confused. He did not know which variety he had stocked the year before. I recently read about "Kirby" cucumbers, an heirloom variety that is now inclusive of a variety of small pickling cucumbers.  Can anyone recommend a source for a cucumber seed called "Kirby" that is delectable and similar to the original heirloom variety?

Thanks,

Lily
