i need to be fed -- information!
i love learning about food, techniques, etc. a friend introduced me to this site -- i like it a lot. i am by trade a pastry person, but i'm also very interested in the savory side.
does anyone out there have any knife preferences? german? japanese? we're always talking about them in our kitchen.
