Hi, I have a diploma in culinary arts from Les Roches (new graduate) and I would like to specialize in pastry. I made a three months internship in a well known pastry shop in Italy, but I want more experience, see new cultures, taste new food and desserts. If someone can help me find an internship, or if there are restaurateurs or pastry shop owners who can offer an internship, please reply to me. Thanks
