I am looking to rent a commercial kitchen monthly for a 'ghost kitchen'. Any affordable options in the LA area near Crenshaw Leimert Park area? Some of the places I have contacted are charging $4,000 a month!

I'm building one in Altadena, and the LA area ones have two models, hourly with equipment and 4K without equipment. so check to make sure they are including basic equipment for you. Otherwise you have to factor that cost in to your budget.
