I am currently on the look out for a CDP and a Commis Chef with one having experience in pastry or just a keen interest. We are a gastro pub called the Duncombe Arms located in the peak district 2 miles outside of Ashbourne. The kitchen is very well equipped having just invested in a new Pacojet, Thermomox, Rational and Water Bath. We have been voted one of the top 25 pubs in the county and have a had a mention in the Michelin guide. Salaries are very competitive for the area and chefs receive are very good portion of the tips.
