My husband is very keen to visit Rome next fall (September-ish) and we started chatting about doing a 7-to-8-day food/wine education-like tour of Tuscany before/after Rome.

We've just started looking at what's available. If anyone has any recommendations, I would love to know your experience. If you have any stay-away-at-all-costs input, I would love to know that too.
