Looking for recommendations for chamber vacuum sealer

We sous vide a lot of things. Might vacuum seal 200 bags on a busy day. With the current sealer we've had issues with the sealer tape igniting and thought it was an issue of it getting too hot from repeated use. We got a replacement bar for it and it was fine for about 6 months. And then on the first bag of the day, the bar shorted.
