Just about in the middle of the bleachers.

THAT is def a SMALL squad for its type (marching).....

Maybe some of the cheerleaders (Yell Call in East Texas) play double duty at parade time?

This is a small town school. Lumberton High School. Here in Texas, sports(especially Football) are the big thing.

Cheerleading and Drill Teams are very respected. I developed a horrible taste in my mouth when I heard that these cheerleaders were getting some shit from the media. Using snippettes and sound bits of the day.

Having lost relatives back in 9-11 even made that performance more meaningful for me.

I've been here for a while and I can tell you, if you want to meet some really nice kids with their head screwed on right just visit small town Texas. I forwarded this video to 2 of my nieces here. They are doing the cheer thing here in the city. It's a whos who. I pointed out to them that those cheerleaders were real. They all weren't a size 2. It was refreshing to see that. Also it was good to here that the school had a fishing team too.

BTW enroll your grand daughter in a pageant and get boosted from CT.

We are on the same page lol.

One of my nieces owns a cheer gym (pretty good squad) and she starts enrollment at age 5.
We go to a few of the tourneys and the kid is just to dying to get her first pom poms so I am starting her out with a few gym floor moves.

Taught her to skate while I had her all to myself at the beach house in June.

But jeeze no on the pagents..... prolly gonna step on someone's toes here but the pagent circle kids look like little ladies of the nite IMO.
