Meat (chicken, pork and fish) at 65 deg, is it good? Presumably, it was near this temperature for several hours and on a non-refrigerated truck for 11 hours, in a cardboard box with 2 nearly completed melted ice packs, and possibly out of refrigeration for sometime before that.

By the book (USDA guidelines), food at above 40 degrees (or below 140) for more than two hours has spent too long in the temperature danger zone.

Didn't think so.

Its unlikely it went from 40 deg to 65 in less than a couple hours, so I threw it out, I threw the dairy our as well. (the company gave me a refund and let me keep the veggies).

Yeah I am in agreement. The old saying "When in doubt, throw it out" would apply here.

No...and that particular supplier would be taking that back (you should have never accepted it)...and they would be given a stern talking to.
