I will be doing my junior cert this year it lyk a big national exam for 15/16 year olds for anyone that doesnt know and for my home economics practical i wanted to do something hard or maybe not even hard but just something that will get me a lot of marks but looks and sounds fancy. I am very good at cooking and can cook lots like baked alaska and soufflé but i dont always get them right and i am only required to do a main course. Any suggestion on what i should make?
