I bought a bread slicer at a great price in decent shape.
Blades are sharp and in good condition. But I know that eventually I'll need new blades.

So....anyone have a clue as to what brand or model this is?

Omcan is one brand, Doyan also has the same model. I believe the slicer is made in Taiwan, and based on my experience with the same model, performs well. For high production and with the slicer running for hours at a time Oliver brand would be best, but this one is good for 20-30 min bursts.

I found that keeping a cheap, small vacuum cleaner directly underneath the slicer will help in keeping the machine and area free of crumbs......
