Hi chefs,
I am looking to get a gas steam jacketed tilt kettle 40G for our chicken and pork broth. I think this is the best place to ask for some advices. I have my eyes on the Groen and Cleveland. Please tell me the pros, cons, stay away from, any info will be appreciated!!
