...for my Marcato Atlas crank pasta maker. I hear that spagettini is a bit thicker than capellini and can't seem to find the appropriate attachment online. Any help, please, as Hazan's book on classic Italian cooking calls for spagettini many times.
I've only seen the spaghettini brass die for an Italian pasta extruder.
A lot of people say that the spaghettini is a little larger then the cappellini. Most of us Italians usually say the spaghettini is a little smaller than spaghetti. Ah fugetaboutit/img/vbsmilies/smilies/wink.gif
