Need Suggestions for Menu Writing Software

I'd like some software that helps me write menus.  Specifically I'd like to be able to enter the main dish say.. "Lamb"  then a pull down field would prompt me to enter, "meal" (to choose between say breakfast, lunch, dinner) then another field would prompt me to enter my location and also the date (to maybe suggest seasonal items) then another field would prompt me to say how many courses I would like then.... a menu appears with maybe pull down options. (ie. several appetizers, main courses desserts etc.)

Does anyone know of an animal like this?
