I have a project for school where i need to interview a pastry chef with a few simple questions. If anybody who is currently or has worked in the pastry industry would be so kind to answer there simple questions it would make my day. :)



Current job or last job worked as a pastry chef:
when did you realize that being a pastry chef was your passion/job of preference?what passionate you about this career?what Professional qualities are very important in your work? And personal qualities?have you done something innovating in your career lifetime?what project would love to do?Who has been a person of inspiration or mentor?Is there a story in your profession that have marked your professional life in a positive way?Who would you like in the future to offer your creations or cook one day and why?What do you do to keep up with the industry's trends?What would your fellow chef comrades say about you?
