NO NO NO NO. Do not buy a ceramic knife for commercial purposes. If by some chance you are a chef seeking knife buying advice and not a spambot or a human spammer, please repost with information regarding what tasks you need this knife to perform form and what qualities you value in a knife. Also budget etc.
New knife
I am looking for a new knife for work just a general chefs knife for everyday use anyone any suggestions? Something sturdy but light and easy to keep sharp..not really got a budget as long as it's not crazy expensive.
