Just like to throw my intro out there.
My name is Andrew Howie, currently working in Hamilton Ontario Canada (and as well Toronto) as the executive chef for a group of axe throwing/escape room venues around. I have been around the industry in Ontario for quite awhile, 23 years actually now that I think of it....heh sometimes it just hits you how long it's been lol.
Anyway, I've cut a wide swath through what the industry offers from the small trend bistro, to corporate steakhouse, to hotel and catering but I am always very aware that you can and will never know everything there is to know. So always trying to learn from others experiences. And more than happy to give mine.
