Hello. I have been in the hospitality business for 15 years. I have decided to take the plunge and dedicate my life to cooking and making people happy. I have enrolled in ICC in NYC and currently work in a week known restaurant in Brooklyn as a line cook.

I am looking to expand my craft and become the best chef that I am capable of. Hopefully in the next 6-8 years I will be able to open my own restaurant and live my dream.

Welcome to ChefTalk glad to have you in the community. How is school going for you? If you would please post a review of your culinary school as it helps other students out trying to decide on the right school.
