So, it's a vacation house for the weekend, limited cookware,I want to do some baking at 350. The legend says most nonstick pans should not be heated over450-500. So why couldn't you use a nonstick skillet in the oven for baking something?
As long as non-stick coating is not damaged (chipped or peeling) and the handle is not plastic, it should be oven safe. You cannot broil in a non stick pan unless it is a Scanpan or Caphalon as their max temperature is well over 600 degrees.
