Suzanne smilies did get me for a second (or two) I delt directly with the salesman I use. He was incredible grateful and said anytime(Friday) you want a prime 1by1 for my table he will be happy to insure my "lagniappe"

Non chefs birthday Sunday anyway so i'll crank up the Weber (how cold is it in CT).
