Hi @Roberta, welcome to Chef Talk!! If you find you have difficulty finding someone who knows the schools on this site I will recommend you to contact each of the schools and ask them for their alumni list. This way you can contact or research the alumni on their lists to ask them questions about their time at those schools as well as see how they are doing today in their pastry profession.
