Hello Chefs, I am an italian "pastry chef" I attend the general cooking school in Italy and after that I had experiences just in pastry that is what I Love to do, 2 intership of 6 onth each and 1 years in a bakery in Dublin and actually in a high quality restaurant also in Dublin, but I am planning to be back in italy during the summer and attend a high quality pastry course but is really difficoult choose a good one, my eye has been cought between 2 school, ICook of Montersino Luca an ALMA professional school, both of them offer a similar course. I'd like to have an advertise from someone who knows the school or someone who teach and then can explain e if this is can be a good idea or not. thank you so much/img/vbsmilies/smilies/chef.gif
