Anybody .... In search of durable Ceramic professional cookware metal utensil safe oven proof 400-500 so far no luck .... please don't recommend for me to check a brand, If you have one Please share

Without knowing any details other than you want "professional" ceramic cookware, no price ranges, no information about where and how it will be used (I presume in a commercial kitchen), I would go with this: https://www.scanpan.com/series/professional

They are a bit pricey at about $50 - $100+ (US) per pan depending on the pan. But, they are tough as nails. Oven safe up to 500'f, excellent construction and you are not going to scratch these anytime soon.
