Hi im oskar i have 19 years old and I from poland I work in the kitchen 1 year . And I'm on junior sous chef. Position in my restaurant, I need small help I want to be the best in this what im doing now and I looking for cooking courses what I can learn on this courses and when I pass them I can add this to my cv?
