Great cutter.  I have this exact 210 and it is my most reached for non cleaver.

That site is so dangerous.   Last week there was a $110 suien vc cleaver.  I almost bought a 3rd one.

I haven't bought anything other than a stone in the past year.  I'm lucky because

1)  My collection is saturated.  I have every variation of knife I would ever need.

2) I only like cleavers and the only one on my list is a $1000 heiji wide bevel

3) There is a $300 pit barrel cooker smoker on my buy list and it's hard to justify spending as much or more on a knife that can't generate $$
