Congratulations on your quick promotions. If the chef thinks you can do the job, that's great. 

What you learn at this job may not be what you learn at your next job. So even if you are sous chef now, you might not be in a different job. 

There is always a lot to learn and you are still young. But if you get promoted that's a good thing.

Keep working hard and learning.
