Hey folks, I am so glad I found this site. I Walked into an established restaurant in a corporate office. They had no standardized recipes or systems in place to keep track of food cost, inventory, etc. Because our high inventory count and me not wanting to deal with excel all day, can anyone suggest some good software I can use for BOH management? Not looking for something to link into our POS, just something easy-to-use that can help me out. Thanks a bunch!
