I'm in the market for an airbrush + compressor set to spray chocolate for entremets and chocolate showpieces. What are the current airbrush models on the market that get the job done well? I searched the archive but it seems the question hasn't been asked in a few years. 

Also, what features and caveats should I keep in mind when making a decision which to buy?
