So I smoked tri tips for tomorrow, planning on serving it in 1/8"-1/4" slices with a dash of its own juices and a bbq sauce.  I usually just use a little extra jus, and reheat on a sizzle platter in the oven really quick but I'm hoping someone might be able to offer some advice for such things.  Thanks
