A true entrepreneur might actually go out and ask a real restaurant owner, in person.
Apart from Steve Jobs, I can't think of many who got their real life experience from a mobile phone.
Attempting to get your project done on the internet is lazy and does not count as having interviewed anyone. As Cronker suggested, get out of your dorm room/apartment and go do a real interview.
