I'm working in the foodservice equipment and supplies store for almost 9 years now. It always bothers me when customers ask about what and how things work in the kitchen and I don't know how to answer them because I don't have a kitchen/restaurant experience. I can sell you an oven, refrigerator or knives and yet I don't even know how it works in commercial kitchen. Yes, pretty embarrassing. I'm wondering if anyone out there needs help on couple saturdays from 7 am - 2 pm. I don't need to be paid and do not mind doing cleaning, dishwashing, prepping, or any other kitchen duties in exchange of experience. I live in LA areas and I can travel.
