I am currently recruiting for a Senior Chef De Partie / Sous Chef in London, UK.

The role involved both production and development tasks and we expect this person to help us take our business to the next level - we are a young food-tech startup and are ready to exploit the potential of the London market.

Ideally the candidate will have:

- 1+ years experience in a Fine Dining establishment (London-based is a plus)

- Passion to develop his/her own recipes and be able to make them scalable at 1000+ units per day

- Ability to manage a team

- Experience with stock management and sourcing
