I have a Asian restaurant in Phoenix. We do Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai and some Korean. We are trying to find the right consulting Chef to come in and help us freshen & modernize our menu. Thinking La would have a lot people that would like to help us with this development. They would have to think more like a Pei Wei or PF Chang concept and not just Thai, Chinese or Vietnamese. We are doing a blend of highlights from all these countries and are looking to make heather plates, more appealing garnishes and unique dish names that come along with them. Any ideas or names that come to mind? Thanks in advance
